“yoga città vritti nirodha”
Patanjali
“Yoga is that for calming the thought waves in the mind”.
Yoga has a millennia-old history of Indian origin. Here, it is not primarily a matter of contortion or creating a particularly good headstand.
Rather, it is a holistic system to bring body and mind into harmony and thus experience the lightness of being.
Our present time demands a lot from us.
Job, family, other obligations as well as enormous pressure to succeed and perform are in the foreground for us.
In the end we lose ourselves.
We look back and ask ourselves, “When was the last time I actually had any time for myself?” Living life with care, letting the beautiful moments dominate and seeing the world more serenely.
Or do you need a balance to your previous training? Yoga offers you the perfect mixture of regeneration and relaxation. This creates performance and brings you to higher sporting goals.
Are you already practicing Yoga and would like to deepen your personal Yoga practice? Would you like to dive further into the asana, pranayama and meditation practice? Here I also offer you my support.
Whether you are a beginner and have never stood on a yoga mat before, or an advanced yogini, your personal yoga practice is in the foreground. The right thing is always what is good for you!

- Put together Hatha Yoga means the harmonization of both basic energies in body and mind.
- Kundalini Yoga– Intensive Yoga practice to increase the energies
- Yin Yoga– A passive, rather quiet yoga style. The emphasis is on relaxing into the yoga postures (asanas) and letting the breath flow.
- Iyengar Yoga – a form of Hatha Yoga. Systematic arrangement of the asanas
- Back Yoga– Prevents back pain and relieves it with regular practice.
- Children’s Yoga– A regular, playful and imaginative yoga practice promotes the child’s body awareness, motor skills and perception. Aggression and stress can also be reduced. The child learns to relax

- Yoga for pregnant– A gentle asana practice promotes the well-being of the expectant mother and the unborn child.
- Meditation– Promotes the calming of thoughts.
- Pranayama– various breathing exercises in Yoga. For beginners and advanced students.
