In cooperation with the Voerder fitness and performance center Excessive Sports, I offer you individual personal training that is perfectly tailored to your goals. Whether you want to increase your fitness, build up your muscles, improve your flexibility or increase your endurance - together we will develop a training concept that suits you.
My personal training combines elements of classic fitness training, functional training and yoga - for holistic strength, healthy mobility and lasting results.

About me
My name is Chantal Homscheid, or simply “Chanti”, and I was born in 1981.
After eighteen years of successful work in the field of dentistry and a degree in economics, specializing in health and social management, I put everything back to zero in 2015 and dedicated myself to my great passion: Yoga & Sport.
In the fall of 2015, I began my education as a personal trainer, medical fitness and nutrition consultant and yoga teacher. Of course, I regularly continue my education with various training and further education measures.

Since October 2022 I am the President of the Universal Yoga Alliance (UYA) for Germany, with our headquarters in India. Since February 2025 also for Austria and Switzerland. With great passion and many years of experience, I am committed to the dissemination and promotion of authentic yoga traditions.
At the Universal Yoga Alliance, we are constantly working to establish quality standards in yoga, support schools and teachers worldwide and spread the values of mindfulness, health and spiritual development.
To connect yoga practitioners around the world, we have launched numerous programs, conferences and collaborations. Our work is based on sound specialist knowledge, intercultural sensitivity and a deep connection to yoga philosophy.
